- 4 medium size potatoes peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 medium onions roughly chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes roughly chopped
- 1 inch Ginger roughly chopped
- 2 Green chillies
- 6 Garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
- Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder 2 teaspoons
- Salt to taste
- Water : 200 ml.
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
Put oil in a microwave safe bowl and add cumin seeds and tomatoes and microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes or till tomatoes are soft .
Add the rest of the ingredients including water in the bowl & microwave on High for another 10 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and its ready to go.
