3 Bread Slices – chopped
1 Tbsp Oil
1/2 tbsp Mustard Seeds
1 Green Chilly
1 Cup Mixed chopped Par Boiled Vegetables ( Potatoes , Beans , Carrots , Peas etc – any vegetables of your choice parboiled)
1/4 tbsp finely chopped ginger
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup yogurt ( dahi )
Salt to taste
Process
- Put the oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
- Add the mustard seeds and microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Add the onions and microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring once in between after 1 minute.
- Add green chillies and ginger, mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute.
- Add the mixed vegetable , mix well and microwave on high for 1 minute
- Add the curd and bread pieces and salt, mix well and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
