- 2 cups pineapple cut into cubes
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp. roasted cumin powder
- A pinch of asafoetida
- salt to taste
- 1 tbl
- coconut milk 1 cup.
Method
In a microwave safe bowl put oil and mustard seeds cover and heat on high for 30 seconds.
Add turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder and asafoetida to the bowl heat for 30 seconds
Add pineapple pieces and salt to the bowl & stir well.
Pour coconut milk in the bowl and heat on high for 2-3 minutes.
Eat this with plain rice.
