Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 large radishes, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 medium potato , cubed
- 1 green chilli , chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
Method
- In a microwave safe bowl put oil , radishes , chillies, onion & potato. Stir well so that oil coats all the vegetable. Heat on high for 2 minutes. Add water & heat for further 5 minutes
- Add milk , salt & black pepper . Heat on medium high for 3 minutes .
- Bring it out & let it cool. Purée the mixture in blender until smooth.
- Serve with roasted bread.
